Before founding Romalar, I worked as a sales consultant at a well-known jewelry company. The rules were simple: prioritize efficiency, push high-margin products, and quickly move on to the next target once the customer paid.

Until a newlywed couple walked in, and I became their receptionist.

So, I chose to resign and found Romalar. When Romalar was just established and nothing was on track yet, I tried contacting that couple to tell them I had my own brand. To my emotion, they didn't hesitate at all and directly became Romalar's very first customers.
