Lost and Found is a French retailer specializing in lost, undelivered, and NPAI parcels sold by weight. The company describes its concept as giving undelivered e-commerce packages a second life while offering customers the opportunity to purchase sealed, unsorted parcels from logistics and e-commerce channels.

The store’s main selection includes lost-parcel and NPAI lots in different weights, along with e-commerce return packages. Current individual options include 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg lots, while larger professional quantities range from 100 kg to 500 kg and beyond. The company states that these parcels are sold sealed, without selecting or manipulating their contents.

A distinctive part of the shopping experience is the possibility of visiting the physical warehouse in Trilport, France. Customers can purchase parcels directly on site without an appointment, while online shoppers can place orders through the website. The warehouse is located near the Trilport SNCF train station and welcomes both individual customers and professionals.

Current online listings show a 10 kg lost-parcel lot at €120, a 15 kg lot at €180, a 20 kg lot at €240, and a 25 kg lot at €300. Larger professional lots are also listed with volume-based pricing. The site says new arrivals are added regularly from across Europe.

For delivery, the company states that European orders generally take 2–5 working days, while delivery to the United States and Canada can take 3–4 weeks. Orders to Africa, South America, and Asia are listed at approximately 3–5 weeks. Before ordering, shoppers can check for Lost and Found coupon codes and discounts.
