David Reynolds founded JLM Marine in 2002, bringing over 25 years of experience in the marine parts industry. Before establishing JLM Marine, David held executive positions at several renowned boat manufacturing companies, accumulating extensive industry knowledge and management expertise.
As an avid boater himself, David understands the critical importance of quality components to vessel performance and safety. This passion for quality and deep industry understanding drove him to establish JLM Marine, dedicated to providing boat owners worldwide with high-quality, reliable, and affordable marine parts.

Jim Walker - Chief Technology Officer
Jim Walker holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in marine parts design and manufacturing.
