IBIZ Jewel started in 2022 as a small Etsy shop with a simple goal: bring fine handcrafted jewelry directly from Surat to people around the world.
Surat is known as the Diamond City for a reason. More than 80% of the world's diamonds are cut and polished here. The craft has been passed down for generations, and the city is home to some of the most skilled jewelers in the industry.
We are a small team of artisans and a tech team, making jewelry the way it should be made. By hand. With care. Without compromise.
Why We Moved Beyond Etsy
After two years and over a thousand five-star reviews on Etsy, we made the decision to launch our own website at ibizjewel.com.
The reason was simple. We wanted more control over the experience our customers have with us. On Etsy, we were one of many. Customers came in through a marketplace, often unsure of what made our work different. On our own site, we can tell our story directly, share what makes our pieces unique, offer a wider range of designs, and give customers the kind of personal service that Etsy never made room for.
It also let us serve a global audience better, with proper currency localization, free worldwide shipping, all duties handled on our end, and direct support through live chat with the people who actually make your jewelry.
What We Make
We specialize in three types of fine jewelry:
- Lab grown diamonds. Real diamonds, IGI certified, ethically created in labs. The same brilliance and durability as mined diamonds, at a fraction of the price.
- Moissanite. A brilliant lab-created gemstone with more fire than a diamond and exceptional everyday durability.
- Natural salt and pepper diamonds. Real natural diamonds with visible inclusions that make each stone truly one-of-a-kind.
