What's Actually in the Gummies

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies — Each gummy delivers 500mg of apple cider vinegar (with the "mother," 5% acetic acid), plus organic beetroot, pomegranate, and vitamins B9 and B12. They're vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and free of the common allergens (no dairy, soy, gelatin, or synthetic dyes).

What I Liked

I'd treat these as a pleasant addition to an already healthy routine, not a stand-in for one.
