At Lost & Found (colisnpai.com), we've already given a second life to tens of tons of packages, reducing waste and allowing many items to find a new home. Of course, a small percentage of packages arrive open or unusable, but we're doing everything we can to reduce this proportion over time.
What's particularly important to us is that everything still in good condition-clothing, shoes, accessories, and other items-is donated to charities.
For our part, there's no repackaging, no disguised unsold items, and no excess stock: we work exclusively with genuine undeliverable packages, in a completely transparent and socially responsible manner.
